“The Power of Posture”
Etiquette Course for Youth

Does your child often look down at their phone, resulting in a forward-leaning neck or "turtle neck" posture?
When standing, do they exhibit rounded shoulders, a hunched back, or slouching? When walking, do they look down or drag their feet?
Correcting posture from a young age, and integrating proper posture into daily behavior, naturally enhances self-esteem and confidence. Children and teenagers who practice good posture feel more composed, which helps them project confidence in social situations, presentations, or interviews.
This course is conducted in small group sessions with four classes, focusing on building strength and confidence through posture and movement, including sitting, standing, and walking.

Positive etiquette habits help children grow both physically and mentally. In etiquette training, polite communication is internal, while posture and movement are external. Together, they improve one's overall grace and refinement.
Posture etiquette starts with the basics, focusing on the body's holistic alignment, correcting posture from head to toe, stabilizing the body's center of gravity, and building a solid foundation for healthy body alignment.
We also welcome past students to re-enroll. Through repeated practice, muscle memory is strengthened, which is the most effective way to improve posture.
